We ship from St. Catharines, Ontario by Canada Post and UPS, unless stated otherwise. At check out you can choose your shipping method. There will be 2 options by each company offered with the price quoted for each. We ship within 7 business days, (from the time payment has been received and processed) unless stated otherwise under the description of the item.

Weddingstar orders will ship by Canada Post or FedEx (weight and size of the order will determine the method of shipment) from Dunmore, Alberta, when Weddingstar flat fee shipping has been chosen and all items are Weddingstar products. Preferred and Registered Customers placing a Weddingstar order by telephone or fax pay a flat fee depending on the destination of the order.

At times your order may ship directly from our warehouse in Stratford, Ontario by Purolator.

All orders for matches by government regulation are required to ship by ground, and will ship by Purolator from our printer in Stratford, Ontario. Please allow yourself at least 21 business days as we cannot request air delivery on this item.

No Shipping Charges - Free Shipping

Customers placing an order online of $350 or more with a Canadian destination or continental US destination will receive a message in their shopping cart - FREE SHIPPING. The whole order must be destined for the same location. All other destinations will incur shipping charges. When eligible for no charge shipping the shipping method is at the discretion of Nuptial Celebrations; however, you may up grade shipping for an additional charge.

Registered and Preferred Customers placing an order online of $250 or more with a Canadian destination or continental US destination will receive a message in their shopping cart - FREE SHIPPING. The whole order must be destined for the same location. All other destinations will incur shipping charges. When eligible for no charge shipping the shipping method is at the discretion of Nuptial Celebrations. In lieu of free shipping to our International customers we revise your invoice on orders of $250 or more and provide a $20 credit towards shipping costs.

Weddingstar Orders

For Canadian destination orders this item is eligible for the shipping method Weddingstar - Flat Fee - $19.50 - at checkout choose from drop down box of other carriers. For US destination orders this item is eligible for the shipping method Weddingstar - Flat Fee - $30.00 - at checkout choose from drop down box of other carriers

Weddingstar orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Dunmore, Alberta (unless it is has been identified as a studio inventory item – in which case it is shipped from our studio), and on small orders and orders with shipping fees less than $20 are combined with other orders and shipped from our studio.

Items shipped by Regular Shipping from the Weddingstar warehouse usually arrive within 12 business days of placing the order at Nuptial Celebrations. Please add an additional 2 days when choosing personalization. To reduce your shipping fees on Weddingstar orders at check out you may choose from the drop down box – other carriers – Weddingstar – Flat Fee. Canadian destination orders are offered a flat fee of $19.50 and US destination orders are offered a flat fee of $30.00. Please note you may receive your order as early as 6 business days of placing your order, it depends on the queue of the warehouse, of which we have no control.

Weddingstar does offer a RUSH option, and an EXPRESS option which will expedite your order. You can add these options to your order. On our main web page, under Rush Orders please choose the applicable country and required choices; and at check out add the appropriate Weddingstar Flat Fee. Please input the the event date, and if needed before that date – i.e. plane for destination wedding - please advise in comment section at check out so we can ensure delivery. If we are unable to meet your needs we will contact you and cancel your order with no charges to your credit card.

EXPRESS will be sent by air and is an additional cost of $11.50; with the RUSH reducing processing time by 2 days and costing an additional $8.00. Therefore, a Canadian destination order requesting Rush, Express shipping will cost a total of $39.00 – and your order will be delivered within 3 – 4 business days when there is no personalization, and when choosing personalization your order will be delivered within 5 – 6 business days. Express delivery is delivered by FedEx and a street address is required, we are unable to direct your order to a post office box with this method of shipment.

Express delivery is not available for US destination orders, but your orders are sent by Canada Post Xpresspost, and you will receive your order within 6 – 10 business days. By choosing RUSH you will reduce the processing time by 2 business days. (Note this does not take into consideration the choice of Personalization which will add an additional 2 days processing time.

International orders being drop shipped by Weddingstar may choose Flat Fee Shipping -Weddingstar Int'l - a formula is used to calculate based on weight and value. To be eligible all items being shipped must be Weddingstar items.

Kate Aspen Orders

Kate Aspen orders placed on this website will ship from St. Catharines, Ontario. Our pricing on this website has taken into consideration the exchange and Canadian import costs.

We do offer drop shipment directly from Kate Aspen's warehouse on our SHOP USD website - link in the speed bar - upper right hand corner of web page.

Cathy's Concepts

Cathy's Concepts' Orders will ship from St. Catharines, Ontario, unless otherwise requested. Exception: US destination orders will drop ship from Cathy's Concepts warehouse in Indianapolis, IN.

Hortense B. Hewitt Orders

For Canadian destination orders this item is eligible for the shipping method Hortense B. Hewitt - at checkout choose from drop down box of other carriers. Due to a change in shipping policy by Purolator the fee is based on destination and weight. For example major cities of Ontario will be eligible for a flat fee of $19.50; other cities the flat fee charge for the first 10 pounds of the order will be eligible for a flat fee charge of $27.49; weights exceeding 10 lbs will be charged an additional 50 cents per pound. To be eligible for Hortense B. Hewitt flat fee shipping all items in your cart must be Hortense B. Hewitt and/or International Artcraft products.

Hortense B. Hewitt items and/or International Artcrafts) at check out you may choose from the drop down box – other carriers – Hortense B. Hewitt – Flat Fee. Please note you may receive your order as early as 6 business days of placing your order, it depends on the queue of the warehouse, of which we have no control.

Please note: Sunset Thermographers has ceased operations and is now owned and operated by International Artcrafts shipping from the same warehouse as Hortense B. Hewitt for Canadian shipments. Therefore when identified as a Sunset Thermographers' or International Artcrafts' item, with a Canadian destination Hortense B. Hewitt Flat Fee Shipping may be chosen.

Lillian Rose

Lillian Rose orders will ship from St. Catharines, Ontario. It is recommended Lillian Rose orders with a US destination be placed on our SHOP USD website and your order will be drop shipped from their warehouse in Mukwonago, WI.

Periodically free shipping is offered as a promotion and based on volume sales for Preferred Customers. *Free shipping offer is valid for deliveries to Canadian and continental US address only and are applicable to regular ground shipments by Canada Post only, for charges shown from Nuptial Celebrations Studio, St. Catharines, Ontario.

Please be aware that for international orders, including U.S. orders, you are responsible for any customs or duty charges and these are in addition to the prices paid for merchandise. It is recommended orders with a US destination from a US supplier be placed on our SHOP USD website to avoid any additional duties. SHOP USD only offers merchandise by US suppliers who drop ship, our Canadian suppliers will not be found on the SHOP USD website. Access SHOP USD - by the link in the upper right hand speed bar.

Once we receive the tracking number you receive an email with the tracking number, and it is posted under your order. You can sign in and check your order for your order status and tracking number when your user ID is not anonymous. Unfortunately, when using anonymous as your user ID - it does not allow you to sign in again for order management - maintenance of your wish list, or full benefits of Registered Customer.

Unclaimed and Refused Shipments

Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Nuptial Celebrations will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipping will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Nuptial Celebrations error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Nuptial Celebrations will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.
